Coordinator, Women's Health Services

As Women's Health Coordinator you will coordinate the administrative functions for grant supported programs and prepares grant applications related to Women's Health and other services offered within the Ambulatory Care Unit. You will also provide administrative support on special projects for the Ambulatory Care Unit and the department of OB/GYN.
Responsibilities Include;
Partners with management in development of grant scope, objectives and timeline.
Identifies, coordinates and implements grant programs that support operational goals of the department.
Monitors grants related to the Ambulatory Care Unit and the department of OB/GYN.
Prepares and submits grant applications to secure funding.
Coordinates grant project assessment and prepares performance improvement recommendations.
Collects, validates and prepares operational analysis, flow charts, presentations and reports to identify best practices and deficiencies using financial, statistical and operational data.
Prepares progress reports for stakeholders and funding organizations.
Consults with Grants Management office for all non-research applications.
Coordinates Health Education services such as in-house and community activities to support grant requirements, as assigned.
Provides direct Health Education services.
Liaison with community members/task forces to identify community needs.
Supervise outreach worker providing support on grant related projects.
Provide oversight on special projects relating to community services and reporting.
Identifies and formulates areas for program development.
Coordinates and implements programs that will result in community identification for the System and the Hospitals.
Addresses community, civic, business and service organizations; represents the hospital in community activities.
Plans and implements programs including, but not limited to: fairs, seminars, training programs, conferences, workshops and public forums.
Initiates development of public relations tools to heighten community awareness of the hospitals.
Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field, required. Master's Degree, preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years administrative experience in a healthcare or university environment, required.
Demonstrated knowledge of publications, grant writing and receipt of grants, preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
