Secretary Non-Med (CP)

As a Secretary, you will perform diversified clerical duties which may include, but are not limited to: typing various correspondence, reports, articles, etc., taking dictation, transcribing from a dictaphone, scheduling appointments, meetings, maintaining files, taking minutes at meeting, receptionist duties, record keeping, patient filing, collecting payments, preparation of statistical data, keeping inventory of supplies, ordering supplies, miscellaneous duties related to department.
High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
Prior PC experience, required.
Typing 55wpm. Ability to operate a Dictaphone, where required. Shorthand, as required by the department.
Ability to communicate effectively.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
