Large independent agency with office in New Hyde Park seeks licensed professional to manage a Team of 15 middle market professionals and support personnel
Responsibilities
Managing relationships with Clients, Carrier personnel, Management and staff
Superior conflict resolution skills
Managing the Day-to-Day middle market client servicing
Overseeing and advising staff regarding strategies, policy administration and coverage inquiries Managing new and renewal submissions and 6 marketers
Budget, staff and systems evaluation
Qalifications
NY Property and Casualty license required
Minimum10 years brokerage/agency commercial lines experience
Familiarity with Sagitta or similar database systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary commensurate with experience $100-125,000 plus benefits package
