Clinical Operations Coordinator-Parker at Your DoorFull TimeParker at Your Door, a medical house calls program serving Long Island and the NY Metro region, is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to coordinate the delivery of quality and convenient primary medical care to our patients in the comfort of their homes.
Parker at Your Door provides a broad range of quality care services to keep patients healthy, including annual wellness visits, home medical house calls, management of chronic conditions, transitioning patients home after hospitalization, and assistance with advance care planning.
Position Overview:
As the Clinical Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks to ensure successful operations for Parker's medical house calls program including operational and project management, financial planning and management, management of service delivery, and contract delivery and performance.

Qualifications:
Prior operations/administrative experience in a medical/healthcare setting a plus Bachelor's degree in a related field Excellent communication and follow up skills Knowledge of Microsoft including Excel, knowledge of data entry, documentation and report generation Prior experience with the geriatric population and home care strongly preferred Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation; proficiency in eClinical Works, Allscripts, Sigma Care or similar a plus Bi-lingual in another language a plus Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 Why Apply With Us?
