Modern office setting Our firm is looking for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant, who is self-motivated and can work well in both a deadline-driven and independent environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing executives' calendars, managing all incoming correspondence, coordinating travel arrangements and being the primary contact for all administrative aspects of the executive team.
Having office manager and HR experience is key to success with this new role.
Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively by phone and in writing.
Perform a wide variety of administrative duties; efficiently and accurately; such as maintaining calendars, arranging travel, and answering phones.
Coordinate and attend meetings and events; either in person or over the telephone.
Schedule meetings for executives.
Organize and draft documents according to executives' instructions.
Manage correspondence with customers.
